Jack's Kindergarten Graduation

Jack graduated from Kindergarten on May 27, 2006. The ceremony was so cute...all the kids filed in to "Pomp and Circumstance" and they sang several songs, including "Make New Friends (But Keep the Old)" and "Best Friends Should Be Together". (Jack is shown with his buddy Hunter in the photo.)

They also all read a little excerpt from a Dick and Jane book. Afterwards, there was cake and ice cream...which was what Jack had been the most excited about all along.

It seems silly, but I was kind of fighting back the tears! It was so sweet, and it's just so hard for me to believe that Jack's already old enough to be starting first grade! Time flies!
